      根據重大突發公共衛生事件一級響應的要求，為有效防控新型冠狀病毒肺炎擴散，科學、規范地做好新冠肺炎的防控應急處置工作，切斷傳播途徑，減輕疫情危害，進一步強化公司復工復產疫情防控工作，細化深化《濟寧市工業企業新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作方案》（濟工信字〔2020〕4號）有關要求，結合我公司實際，山東神力索具有限公司制定了嚴格、周全的疫情防控工作方案，以保護神力家人的身心健康和生命健康，維持穩定安全的生產運營！

      首先，2月2日，公司成立了公司級、分廠部室級兩級疫情防控工作領導小組。同時，公司要求各分廠、部室根據本部門實際情況，成立相應疫情防控工作領導小組。并根據疫情防控要求，提前謀劃，統籌安排，協同聯動，全力以赴，對所有神力家人負責，采取嚴格有效、周全到位的防范措施。

      其次，2月6日，公司以普及疫情防控知識，完善疫情防控信息監測報告網絡，建立快速反應機制，預防和控制疫情在公司發生和蔓延為目標，制定了《山東神力索具有限公司疫情防控工作方案》，建立健全了公司級疫情防控工作領導組、疫情檢疫防控工作領導組、疫情處置組、信息收集報送組、后勤保障組，進一步強化公司復工復產疫情防控工作，細化深化疫情防控措施。
      第三、2月8日，公司捐贈100萬元定向疫情防治基金，并召開復工疫情防控專題會，制定了復工復產的預案，并提前組織消毒防疫工作；同日，公司制定了《山東神力索具疫情防控管理制度》，明確防控措施，細化防控方法，多措并舉，確保疫情防控工作有章可循、有據可依，堅決遏制新冠病毒的蔓延。
      第四，2月10日，由總經理杜大平親自帶隊現場監督消殺防疫工作，充分調動全各級部門的力量，確保消殺防疫工作全面覆蓋、不留死角，為復工后人員的安全健康消除隱患。分廠及部室負責所管轄生產和辦公區域的消殺防疫工作，后勤部負責公司所有公共區域消殺防疫工作，分廠及部室負責人每天監督并完成各自分管區域的早（7:30）、中（12:00）、晚（16:50）消殺三次的防疫工作，對廠區內辦公大樓、生產車間、食堂、倉庫、廠區道路等所有公共場所進行消殺防疫工作，并做好相關記錄。
